Independent registry · Not owned by any dealer or auction house
Know who is behind the iron before you wire the money.
RegiVerify audits heavy equipment dealers, exporters, rental fleets and auction houses against a published twelve-point standard. Every file records who inspected the yard, what they sampled, and the date the record expires.
A verified badge cannot be bought. Operators pay a flat audit fee for the assessor's time, and a failed check is published as a failed check.

What each status means
All twelve checks cleared within the last twelve months, including an unannounced yard visit. Safe to transact under normal commercial caution.
Entity, licence and yard confirmed, but the file is incomplete — usually a pending financial disclosure or a first-cycle trader with too few reference trades.
A previously cleared file has been reopened following a complaint, an ownership change, or a failed re-audit. Treat prior verification as suspended.
Verification withdrawn. Either a check failed materially or the operator obstructed an audit. Do not transact without independent counsel.

Twelve checks, every one published
Verification requires all twelve to clear inside a twelve-month window, including an unannounced visit to a working yard. Partial and failed results stay on the file — we never quietly drop a check to lift a score.
