Open a file, nominate an operator, or report a badge being misused.

The audit fee covers assessor time and travel and is the same whatever the outcome. If your file fails, the fee is not refunded and the failure is published — that is what makes a pass worth anything.

What happens next

Submission reviewed
A coordinator confirms the legal entity exists and that the request is not a competitor fishing for a rival’s file.

Document request issued
You receive a scoped list — registry extract, licence, cover, ledger access. We verify each item at source, not from your copy.

Unannounced yard visit
An assessor attends a working site inside the audit window. You are told the window, never the day.

File published
All twelve results go live together, passes and failures alike, with the assessor named and the expiry date fixed.

Single yard, records + site: from $2,400
Multi-yard operator: from $4,100
Exporter, records only: from $1,650
Annual re-audit: 60% of initial

Nominations and reports from buyers are always free. We never charge a buyer to see a file, and we never charge an operator to correct one.
