A scheduled re-audit of Colter Drive Machinery LLC on 4 June 2026 sampled twelve machines held for sale. Three carried serial plates showing evidence of removal and restamping: rivet witness marks did not align, and two of the three stamped sequences did not correspond to any production block the manufacturer recognises.
The audit also established that the premises given on the operator’s licence and on RegiVerify’s file is a multi-tenant storage lot, not a yard under the operator’s exclusive control. Two machines on that lot carried liens that had not been disclosed to prospective buyers.
A remediation notice was served on 14 May 2026 following an earlier documentary shortfall, requiring the operator to produce three years of financial statements and permit a second yard visit. Neither was provided within the 21-day window, and the operator declined a rescheduled visit on 2 June.
The Standards Committee revoked verification on 11 June 2026. Fourteen customer complaints were open at the time of revocation and have been referred to the relevant state authority.
